Reservation, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations

  • Advance reservation is strongly recommended to ensure room availability.
  • Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp Business, OTA partners (like Booking.com, Goibibo, etc.), or by calling our official numbers +91 9266343383 / +91 9266343382.
  • A confirmed reservation is issued only after receipt of full or partial advance payment.
  • Rates displayed online are dynamic and may change without prior notice. Once confirmed, no rate revision (higher or lower) will apply retroactively.
  • All rates are inclusive of base room tariff and applicable government taxes at the time of booking. Any tax revision by the government shall be borne by the guest.
  • Reservations are non-transferable and valid only for the guest(s) in whose name the booking is made.

2. Payment & Deposit

  • For confirmed reservations, full or partial advance payment may be required.
  • Payments can be made through authorized online gateways, bank transfer, or by card at the property.
  • Aaradhyam does not accept third-party credit or debit card transactions for security reasons.
  • Corporate bookings must be supported by an official company confirmation or valid business card at check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please inform us in writing (via email or WhatsApp) if you wish to cancel or modify your booking.

Cancellation timelines and charges:

7 days or more Full refund (after deduction of processing fees, if any)
3–6 days 50% of booking amount retained
Less than 3 days / No-show 100% booking amount retained (no refund)
  • Cancellations for bookings made via OTA (Booking.com, Goibibo, etc.) must be done through the same platform.
  • Refunds for OTA bookings follow the OTA’s respective refund timelines and policies.
  • Early check-outs are considered partial cancellations and may not be refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.
  • Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Promotional, festive, or discounted bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 Noon
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

6. Occupancy Policy

  • Standard room occupancy allows two adults per room.
  • Additional guests (adults or children) are chargeable as per resort policy and subject to room capacity.
  • Children up to 5 years stay free with parents (without an extra bed).
  • Children aged 6–12 years are charged additionally, and those above 12 years are considered adults.

7. No-Show & Early Departure

  • In case of no-show (guest fails to check in on the reserved date), the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
  • Early departure after check-in will attract full booking charges for the originally reserved duration.

8. Special Requests

  • Requests for specific room views, late check-outs, or early check-ins are subject to availability.
  • While we strive to accommodate guest preferences, Aaradhyam cannot guarantee fulfillment of special requests.
  • Requests for airport transfers or special arrangements should be made at the time of booking.

9. Modification of Reservation

  • Any modification in booking dates or room type is subject to availability and may incur rate differences.
  • Changes must be requested in writing and confirmed by our reservation team.

10. Payment Security

  • Aaradhyam Resorts uses secure, verified payment gateways for online transactions.
  • Guest data and payment details are protected by the latest encryption and security technology.
  • We never store or share your credit/debit card details.

11. Force Majeure Clause

Aaradhyam Resorts & Spa shall not be liable for refunds or compensation in case of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
